Florian Hoffmeister, born 1970 in Brunswick, Germany, studied directing and cinematography at Berlin’s German Film and Television Academy (dffb). He quickly established himself as a distinct, versatile young voice amongst internationally working cinematographers. In 2014 he was chosen as „Variety’s 10 Cinematographers to Watch“.
